So there are two main and popular engine UNITY and UNREAL. I will only talk about these two engines. 

If you are a beginner and you don't know about programming and game development, unity is for you unity has a very easy user interface

 But unity doesn't have better graphics as compared to unreal engine and if you don't have enough time to learn game development if you have a deadline then Unity is for you. unity use c# for scripting and c# is easy to learn.

Now let's talk about Unreal engine. Unreal uses c++ and c++ is difficult to learn  and the interface of unreal is a bit confusing.

 Now the real thing comes graphics unreal provides you real graphics which is better than unity.

so if you want a good graphics game you can use unreal engine, but it's take time to learn and on the other hand, unity provides you good graphics but it's not better than unreal unity is easy to learn.
